take should there be a loss of
property in the event of a
hurricane:
·Send
a written notice or visit your
insurance agent or company
immediately after a loss
·Carefully
review, before signing, forms given
by the insurance company or its
agent, and follow instructions.
·Do
everything reasonable to protect
your property from further damage.
·Separate
damaged from undamaged property.
·
Provide the insurance company with a
written inventory of damaged
personal property.
·Make
the damaged property available for
inspection by the insurance
company's adjuster or other
representative.
·Take
photographs of damaged property.
