Duties:
Draws, traces and prepares maps for permanent records; Interprits Photogramerty work; Adjusts engineers' trasmits and levels; Furnishes information to real estate brokers, property owners and general public regarding plots and parcel numbers of land in assisting with boundaries and bearings of property. Performs as liason with other government offices.

Qualifications:
Graduate from an accredited school of engineering plus five (5) years experience in field and administrative work.

Must possess a valid surveyor or professional engineering license to practice in the U.S. Virgin Islands. Knowledge of VI law and regulation pertaining to conveyance of ownership and land subdivision.
