LIEUTENANT GOVERNOR VARGRAVE A. RICHARDS ANNOUNCES BUSINESS EXCHANGE
FORUMS
In an effort to enhance customer relations and the efficacy of the
Office of the Lieutenant Governor, Lt. Governor Vargrave Richards announces
that he will host a series of forums designed to address questions and
hear concerns from individuals transacting business with the various
Divisions.
Richards states: The primary purpose of the forum is to create an opportunity
for attorneys, realtors, insurance agents, bankers and other principals
engaged in doing business with any of the Divisions of the Office of
the Lieutenant Governor to share concerns, make recommendations for
improving efficiencies, as well as gather pertinent information."
The Business Exchange Forums will be held on:
" St. Croix at 11 a.m. Monday, June 9, 2003, at Government House
" St. Thomas at 11 a.m. Tuesday, June 10, 2003, at the Office of
the Lt. Governor
Individuals and representatives of entities doing business with the
Divisions of Corporations and Trademarks, Tax Assessor, Banking and
Insurance, Recorder of Deeds, Passport, Notary/Apostille, Medicare or
Cadastral are welcomed to attend.
Richards concluded: "I am committed to improving the effectiveness
of all Divisions to meet customer needs, to streamline inquiry and response
capacity and to bring each Division into the 21st Century."
