LIEUTENANT GOVERNOR RICHARDS OFFERS CONDOLENCES TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS
OF GERARD JAMES III
Lieutenant Governor Vargrave A. Richards offers his deepest sympathy
to the family and friends of Gerard James III, beloved son of former
Lieutenant Governor Gerard Luz James II.
Richards noted, "Young Gerard was admired, very much loved, and
displayed tremendous potential as an up-and-coming Virgin Islander who
was focused on establishing his future career in the dental field."
Once again, Lieutenant Governor Richards extends his sincere condolences
to the entire James and Bough family, and sends his consolation during
this most heart-wrenching time of grief.
