LIEUTENANT GOVERNOR EXTENDS CONDOLENCES TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS OF
BERTHA C. BOSCHULTE
Lieutenant Governor Vargrave A. Richards offers his deepest sympathy
to the family and friends of distinguished Virgin Islander and former
senator Bertha C. Boschulte.
Ms. Boschulte was revered for her dedication to her community and will
be remembered for her forthrightness while she served in the Virgin
Islands Legislature, her engendering of a desire for learning in the
many students she taught, those whose education she oversaw as principal
of Charlotte Amalie High School, and her contributions in all facets
of community life.
"She was the epitome of a civic-minded individual - one who has
left her imprint on the Virgin Islands. Ms. Boschulte was an exemplary
citizen of the highest caliber," Lieutenant Governor Richards said.
The Lieutenant Governor extended his sincere condolences to her loved
ones. May she rest in peace.
