AND FRIENDS OF FORMER ST. CROIX ADMINISTRATOR EDGAR MULLGRAV
Lieutenant Governor Vargrave Richards extends heartfelt condolences
to the family and friends of the late Edgar Mullgrav.
"Mr. Mullgrav is remembered as a smart, energetic, jovial person,
eager to share his knowledge with others," the Lieutenant Governor
said. "His belief in 'service above self' was evident in his ceaseless
community involvement."
Highly respected for his accomplishments as St. Croix Administrator,
1962-1965, Mr. Mullgrav is also appreciated for his service to the Territory
in numerous capacities in public agencies, and on several boards and
commissions.
He was a steadfast leader who gave generously of himself to his community.
In addition to civil service, Mr. Mullgrav was very active in the Rotary
and Lions Club. The Virgin Islands have benefited greatly from a man
of his stature and standards.
Lieutenant Governor Richards again extends his deepest sympathy to
the family and friends of Mr. Mullgrav. May he rest in peace.
