LIEUTENANT GOVERNOR DELIVERS RESPONSE TO 26th LEGISLATURE MAJORITY SUBPOENA
REQUEST
Lieutenant Governor Vargrave Richards announces that he has delivered,
on this day, documents in response to Senate President Lorraine Berry’s
and the Majority’s request pursuant to the subpoena received in
his St. Thomas office on Monday afternoon, February 14, 2005.
Additionally, Lieutenant Governor Richards announces that he will hold
a press conference on this matter in the Rotunda of his St. Thomas office
on Tuesday, February 22, 2005, at 9:30 a.m. ALL MEDIA ARE INVITED TO
BE PRESENT.
